Hello Kneazle,
The default language for this wiki is already Hebrew. Maybe you have your Preferences set to English or something else? If you change that to Hebrew, or if you log out, you will see the Hebrew interface here. Whichever language you have in your preferences, you should see the logo is on the right instead of the left, the http://he.neopets.wikicities.com/ directs to a עמוד ראשי instead of to Main Page.

I'm the founder of the English NeoPets Wikicity. Could you do me a favor and help create he-0 and he-1 Babel templates for use by those of us who don't speak Hebrew well enough to create them for ourselves?
